How to change your password
When logged in to the Prato environment press ctrl + alt + end on your keyboard and then click “Change a password”
(Some keyboards require to use the fn key)
First fill in your old password from Azure and then choose a new password and confirm the new password and hit the enter key or the arrow.
Note: Make sure the keyboard has the correct layout, you can check this in the right bottom corner of the screen, click on it to change it if necessary.
Note:
The passwords must meet the following requirements:
⦁ Minimum password length: 8
⦁ Numbers of passwords remembered: 12
⦁ Password must meet complexity
⦁ Not contain the user’s account name or parts of the user’s full name that exceed two consecutive characters
⦁ Contain characters from three of the following four categories:
⦁ English uppercase characters (A through Z)
⦁ English lowercase characters (a through Z)
⦁ Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
⦁ Non—alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)
